The Role:
- Provide cover on reception during office hours Monday to Friday
- Answer incoming calls and effectively respond to caller’s inquiries
- Re-direct calls as appropriate, take adequate messages and distribute efficiently
- Maintain meeting rooms and prepare refreshments/order catering as required
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well maintained at all times
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist in the organisation of internal and external events
- Manage uniform orders as required
- Liaise with other administrators in relation to maintenance and coordination of office common areas
- Assist the HR Team with ad-hoc requirements
- Schedule appointments and meetings for Senior Management Team and other management staff, including meeting room bookings
- Maintain Senior Management Team member diaries
- Provide PA service to CEO on a daily basis
- Maintain all travel arrangements for all staff (Australia wide)
- Liaise with building management for maintenance issues that arise
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a busy office environment
- Experience with Executive team diary management
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office
- Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills
