Melbourne Institute of Massage and Myotherapy (MIMT) is a Registered Training Organisation with campuses in Heidelberg and Moorabbin that offers its employees a relaxed and supportive working environment.

MIMT is ideally looking for a friendly, experienced and bubbly Receptionist/Administrator to be our first point of contact at our newly established Moorabbin campus. You will need to be someone who can work autonomously and be proactive in helping enhance the students experience at MIMT.
The position is multi tasked and varied in nature. You will need to:
- Be a great receptionist
- Have a fantastic phone manner
- Be a multi-tasking specialist
- Be trustworthy and be able to work independently
- Have intermediate use of MS Office, particularly Word & Excel preferable
- Be a small team player
Your key duties will involve:
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries
- Providing exceptional support and service to our students and teaching staff
- Data entry
- Ordering office supplies
- Upkeep of reception and premises
- General administrative duties as required
While the role is pre-dominantly based in Moorabbin, the successful applicant will initially be training at our Heidelberg campus for a short period of time. Also the duties will require fortnightly attendance at the MIMT Heidelberg head office.
It is desirable, but not essential, that the applicant will have experience working within the VET sector, a private registered training organization or similar.
