Toll People is seeking an Administrator to join a motivated and successful team within a Toll business unit based in the Northern suburbs. This position commences immediately on a full time basis working 38 hours a week until December 2018.
The successful applicant must have a recent police clearance or the ability to gain a police clearance immediately.
You will be responsible for
• Answering phones and providing quality customer
• Data Entry
• General Administration skills
• Word processing and other duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have
• The ability to work in a team environment, as a team member
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• A dedicated work ethic
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite WORD, EXCEL
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
