Role responsibilities:

  • Act as the "right hand man" for the Sales Director who may not have capacity to execute all administrative responsibilities and will delegate to you, and rely on your expertise to autonomously ensure that all operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently
  • Assemble information, format and prepare reports and related collateral as required by the Senior Sales Director and his direct reports.
  • Process expense reports and track department expenses and procurement.
  • Raise PO's for the department
  • Assist with on-boarding and training of new hires and contractors on policies and procedures.
  • Raise Project Exhibits and request system access for contractors.
  • Book travel, organize internal and customer meetings and provide infrastructure support to allow manager to be more strategically focused
  • Organize and schedule agendas for international visitors.
  • Role is not limited to providing some administrative and business operations support to the business ops team.
  • Email management

 

The successful candidate will be looking after the Senior Sales Director of Oracle Applications. The successful candidate will have experience attending to more than one senior exec at the same time, or who is comfortable looking after more than one manager.

 

Essential skills:

  • Have a genuine interest in supporting and being an integral part of a dynamic Sales floor & national organization with ~30 Sales specialists.
  • Demonstrate clear aptitudes where they have learned new concepts and quickly shown an understanding and applications of those concepts.
  • Be comfortable approaching any team member to interview and document "customer success stories."
  • Have excellent Microsoft Office skills in particular Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills.
  • Have good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks
