An exciting opportunity has arisen within this enterprise organisation for a talented & driven Project Administrator. Initial 5-month contract with multiple extensions working on a large scale office relocation.
You will demonstrate a strong track record of success in delivering outstanding results, excellent administrative skills and meeting critical timeframes. You will possess strong experience working as a Project Coordinator/ Administrator.
This role is based in Dandenong and some travel will be required 

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Project Management/ Technical Teams team
• Manage purchase orders for contractors including all-time recording
• Excellent attention to detail and minute taking 
• Good understanding of MS Suite (Especially Excel) 
• Travel between sites 

Requirements:

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordination/ Administrator role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Minute taking, organisation and excellent communications 
• Must have a car and valid drivers licences
