The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing (Aftersales), you will be responsible for the Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) program.  This will involve the creation, maintenance and innovation of the program and its products such as Extended Warranty, Prepaid Service Plans and Roadside Assistance to ensure growth in Service Retention, retail throughputs and customer satisfaction within the FCA dealer network.

You will play a fundamental role in developing the program to drive revenue for FCA and its dealerships through the refinement of existing products and innovation of the systems and processes that support the MVP program.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Develop the pricing methodology of Service Plans to ensure that prepaid service customers are being provided with value, while maintaining healthy levels of business growth for both FCA and its dealer network
  • The administration of the existing MVP program, which includes the maintenance of the MVP system, set up of plans in relevant systems, ongoing validation of eligible VINs and other administrative tasks;
  • Oversee the transition to an upgraded system to improve automation and ease of use
  • Support the relaunch of the MVP Program to the FCA dealer network in a way that drives dealer engagement with respect to the MVP program and gains their trust and enthusiasm for the brand;
  • Supporting dealers on a daily basis to work within the current framework of the MVP program, and ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Working with third parties, such as insurance providers, to support and/or grow the available range of products within the MVP program;
  • Monitoring market penetration and sales performance of service plans and provision of new forecasts where appropriate, with key monthly reporting communicated to a range of stakeholders including FCA Asia Pacific regional office;
  • Ensuring strong internal relationships with all internal departments and work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders in order to foster cross departmental engagement;
  • Supporting sales and marketing initiatives and programs with the implementation of product innovation and pricing strategy to drive vehicle sales;
  • Identifying market opportunities in relation to Service to deliver incremental business growth;
  • Providing ongoing reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing (Aftersales) to track and evaluate the success of MVP  programs and campaigns;
  • Working closely with the Product Manager – Service to ensure the appropriate level of marketing communication to drive the success of the MVP program as a retail business; and
  • Gathering market intelligence to ensure Service Plan offering to FCA is competitive within the market.

As the successful candidate, you will possess the ability to multi-task and anticipate the needs of others.  You will have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and experience with Excel.
