Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prompt answering of all telephone calls (Screening & Message Taking)
- Maintaining Tender Register and downloading tenders
- Preparation and completion of all tender documents
- Typing and distribution of quotes
- Raising and maintaining job files
- Tender / Quotation follow ups
- Basic understanding of Architectural Drawings & Specifications (training will be provided)
- Filing
- Ordering Stationery Supplies
- Operating and maintaining access database
- Raising & forwarding warranty manuals
- Organising and following up the distribution of freight
- Raising Sales orders in MYOB
- Assisting Accounts with MYOB and accounts duties
- Processing employee timesheets & payroll
- Any Ad Hoc administration tasks
Programs Used:
- Microsoft Office (High Competence)
- Estimate One (Training Provided)
- MYOB (Intermediate Level)
The successful applicant must have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role required.
- High attention to detail and be self motivated.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with ease.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to be able to delegate work.
- Pro-active with a can do attitude.
