You will be working with a strong and highly specialised but tight group of people. The environment is fast paced and would require someone with a basic understanding of concrete / civil background.
The job:
- Day to day administration support including data capture, quotes, reporting
- Account reconciliation
- Adhering to all resolution to all WHS requirements and government regulations
- Ongoing rapport and relationship management with all clients
- Assist customers with enquiries and analyse service needs
- Weekly physical stock takes, maintenance of inventory and stock-holding
- Assisting with all office management including, stationary, sales administration and reporting
- Contribute to Toolbox Talk
You:

- Be a strong advocate for the client and drive customer service in all interactions
- Understanding of the concrete industry
- Experience working with stock, inventory and warehousing
- Multi-faceted position for a good all-rounder
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Forklift License
