We’re currently searching for a Warranty Administrator to join our Maintenance & Warranty team based in our Altona Head Office. Reporting into a supportive and experienced M&W Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all customers have a positive experience in their dealings throughout the maintenance and warranty period of their new Burbank home.
  
A week in the life –
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Burbank clients throughout the warranty period
  • Being the liaison between clients and our Warranty Inspectors and coordinating services
  • Arranging structural Warranty appointments at 90 day and 15 months and documenting these
  • Filtering the shared email file and dispensing accordingly
  • Creating and completing work orders
  • Assisting inspectors with their requests
  • Liaising with trades for scheduling and scope of approved jobs
  • Assisting with material orders for sub-contractors
What you’ll need to be successful in the role –
  • An understanding of the residential building process and familiarity with the Building Commission’s guide to standards and tolerances
  • Well-developed administrative skills, effective time management and a strong customer service focus
  • An ability to read and understand plans and construction documents
  • Effective problem solving skills and a high level of initiative
