- Up to $30 per hour + Super depending on experience | On-site parking

In this role you will be reporting to the CFO and will be responsible for but not limited to the following –
- Answering all calls and directing them as appropriate
- Assisting the Accounts Payable team (training will be provided)
- Organising catering and setting up of meetings
- Assisting with the organisation of Events
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Management team on an as needs basis
- Liaising with other divisions of the business
- Mail and email distribution
- Be available for an immediate start
- Sound MS Office skills
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and sound prioritisation skills
- Desire to assist others and work as a part of a team
