About the Role

The role is aimed at assisting will assist in the provision of timely and appropriate service and provide customer service and completion of detailed file and administration work to support the range of services.

You would be required to:

  • Provide administration support to internal and external customers groups to ensure accurate data entry and
  • document management.
  • Support the project team through effective communication and working relationships ensuring a satisfactory
  • level of operational knowledge is maintained.
  • Print, prepare, collate and distribute all project related documents and reports.
  • Perform other duties as requested, including tasks associated with travel arrangements/bookings, managing
  • stationery, office machine/equipment maintenance, filing and records management, CAB charges, Corporate
  • Card reconciliation, building access and preparation of monthly reports
  • Effective working relationships with internal and external clients/ suppliers providing support as required to key project personnel, by organising workshops, project meetings, record minutes and the distribution of papers.

About You

You will have experience:

  • Providing customer service either face to face or over the phone
  • Experience working in administration
  • High level of communication skills and great attention to detail
  • Ability to be adaptable as you will be supporting multidisciplinary teams
  • A quick learner across different functions and systems
