The Company
Nationally recognised Professional Services business based in the Bankstown area is in urgent need of an experienced Administration Officer to join their team on a 7 month fixed term contract to commence ASAP.
The Position
- Verify documents and cross reference information from applications
- Process high volume of orders
- Update customer and account information
- High volume data entry
- Sending out correspondence once orders have been finalised
- Answer customer enquiries
- Other general administration duties as requested by management
The Candidate
- Extensive Administration experience
- Available to commence immediately and commit to a 7 month contract
- Intermediate skills using MS Office programs
- Fast and accurate data entry speed
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
