Job Description
Are you interested in entering a growing bsiness and becoming a key member of the Sales Team at Doka Formwork Australia?
Doka Group is expanding its sales force and as such a position has become available for a Sales Coordinator. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies in order to support the delivery of projects, coordinate and lead joint sales activities between operations and sales representatives and forge strong working relationships with stakeholders. You will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager based in Broadmeadows, VIC.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- To support the sales team in gaining a higher conversion rate for the sales team by completing administrative tasks and duties on their behalf
- To support the sales team in the execution of the sales process from commencement to closure
- To prepare for sales meetings and workshops
- To liaise and coordinate with operations, finance and other internal departments to support the sales team in closing their deals
- To provide first class customer service and support to our internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Required (Education and Technical)
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Experience in sales and marketing coordination
- Highly proficient in the use of all MS Office applications
Required (Attributes and Motivation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good listening and probing skills to diagnose client requirements and internal stakeholder requirements
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Positive attitude and the resilience
- Team player with an engaging and confident personality
Preferred (Skills and Background)
- Experience in selling a premium product
- Experience in the construction industry
- Experience in an operations department where coordination is a focus
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in business (marketing)
