Are you the kind of person that loves a challenge? A role in insurance could be just what you’re looking for. Acting as a shared resource to our Chief Technology Officer APAC, Operations Manager APAC & Technology Services Team Lead,  you’ll work in a one on one capacity to provide personal and executive administrative support as well as assist the wider Information Technology team with administrative support where required.
 
Our ideal candidate will be someone that is seeking more than just an administrative role, who really wants to learn the business and assist in managing team deliverables. Key responsibilities will include diary management and coordinating appointments; minute taking and ensuring agenda items are covered and time frames honoured; preparing our Chief Technology Officer for meetings with all documentation/information; collating and running reports to ensure deadlines are reached; organising and attending functions/conferences/events; dealing with incoming emails, mail and phone calls; producing documentation, briefing papers, reports and presentations; managing travel arrangements and expense reimbursements; and answering all queries in a timely and efficient manner.
 
To be successful in this role you’ll be proficient in the use of PowerPoint and Word, with knowledge of Lotus Notes. You’ll have strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop good rapport and build healthy working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and peers. You’ll also have the ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought, and order of presentation. Your excellent organisation skills are also required to make informed decisions and coordinate resources with minimal instruction. Moreover, you’ll be someone with strong experience in providing executive level support within a corporate environment
