The Opportunity

A leading organisation based in Gosford are currently seeking a meticulous Coordinator/ Legal Administrator who can assist their charming HR Director with all facets of administrative support within their bustling HR department.   

Your new role
 
Your day to day will incorporate:
  • Preparation of employment contracts and maintain personnel records
  • Coordinate training, event organise L&D seminars
  • Review and enhance HR forms, policies and procedures
  • Assist in the coordination of annual performance review process
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Based at Reception you will answer phones
  • Data entry, extraction and maintenance of various HR information systems
  • Support Senior Payroll Officer with administrative payroll duties

 What you Need
  • The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
  • Must have a stable career history 
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
  • 4 years plus experience ideally within a HR or Legal environment
