This position is suited to an enthusiastic person who is looking to gain a part time office and customer service role in our Sydney CBD office.

This opportunity is for a person looking for an role as part of our front office booking and customer support team. You will be working in conjunction with our other NSW and QLD offices answering phones, processing bookings and providing over the counter face to face customer service.

We currently have a position available in our modern Sydney CBD office and skydive departure lounge located at 196 Elizabeth St, Sydney corner of Wentworth Ave 350m from Central Railway station, where you will be undertaking the following duties:

  • Meeting and greeting customers checking in for their skydive
  • Computer and office work through the day
  • Answering phone calls and taking bookings is a major role
  • Dealing with customers walking into the retail office / departure lounge
  • Work effectively with a customer support ticket system
  • Handle booking agent enquiries and effectively communicate and problem solve

To be successful for the position you will need to display the following attributes:

  • Be punctual and on time
  • Clear fluent english to a high level 
  • Neat dress and wear staff clothing as required
  • Able to follow clear procedures and workflows 
  • Have an enthusiastic personality
  • Be able to work with and coordinate with other staff located in our retail offices and skydive centres via phone, office chat and real time collaboration.
  • An ability to deal enthusiastically with customers face to face
  • A desire to work within an office environment
  • Be able to think on your feet and problem solve
  • Available to work early starts, 7am or as required
  • Able to work weekend shifts as required
  • Be able to reside and work permanently in Australia
  • Be within reasonable travelling distance to the Sydney CBD

We require an immediate starter for one part time time staff member working weekends. The role requires early starts.
