Your Opportunity
In this position you will provide pivotal administration support to a team of Program Managers across Mission Australia’s community service programs in South West Sydney. The programs in which you will support are our foundation skill programs: ParentsNext, Transition to Work and Disability Employment services.
No day will ever be the same and will always bring a new challenge, this position is perfect for someone who loves a busy and varied role.
We are open to applications from both full time and part time applicants (please state your preference in your application)
- Support Program Managers and staff in all aspects of administration support
- Manage public queries and visitors to the office.
- Develop and improve administrative processes
- Oversee all financial transactions, account payable and purchase orders
- Develop collaborative relationships with external in internal stakeholders
Position Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative role
- Previous experience in a team support or team coordinator role- desirable
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Competent in using computer packages such as Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power-Point.
- Current driver’s licence
