BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR
Heavy Automatics Pty Ltd requires the services of a Branch Administrator for our Acacia Ridge branch. Applicants require a proven track record in Customer Service, Office Administration and must be able to provide comprehensive administrative support.
The POSITION
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the following areas:
· Reception - administration duties & customer service
· Answering & re-directing phone calls or taking messages
· Accounts duties (Raising Orders and Invoicing) (SYBIZ an advantage)
· Human Resource functions i.e. Personnel file keeping and inductions
The APPLICANT shall possess:
· exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
· administration and accounting knowledge
· high standard of customer service
· the ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated
· a first aid certificate (preferable but not essential)
· a high attention to detail
· the ability to multi task & prioritise work
· a reliable and positive attitude
The PACKAGE
The salary or wage plus superannuation offered will be commensurate with the experience of the successful candidate.
