We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed and dedicated individual to join our Internal Sales team. This role would suit an appropriately qualified individual (degree) who is not only technically minded but genuinely enjoy customer interaction and looking to commence or kick start their career.

 

Key responsibilities will include:
•    Providing quality advice and/or technical information to   a range of customers
•    Dealing with product availability and delivery questions
•    Master solution selling of our goods and services to our current and propective customers
•    Prospect, research and cold call for new clientele throughout Australia + New Zealand
•    Lead generation, conversion and growth
•    Timely customer follow-up from order to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
•    Work in a collaborative and positive manner with other team members worldwide
•    Working alongside team to achieve monthly sales budgets and other/own KPIs
•    Support the sales team with processing of sales orders
•    Preparation of quotes in conjunction with the sales team
•    Ensure your prospect database is updated regularly
•    Opportunity to shadow field sales team minimum 2-3 times per calendar year

Skills and attributes required:
•    Ideally you will possess a Degree in engineering or technically minded individual, working in a similar role and keen expand your internal sales role with view to further career options in sales.
•    Excellent verbal communication skills are essential and ability to build rapport and strong relationships
•    Ability to negotiate and close
•    Superior written skills and ability are essential
•    Willingness to listen and learn, but also have the inner confidence to take initiative
•    Must be reliable and punctual
•    Want to be part of a dedicated and hardworking team.
•    Worked with or part of a sales team to achieve KPIs, targets & business goals
