The Role

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Admin Officer with positive, proactive and professional approach to work in a great team environment. This is a full time position required for a 6 months Maternity leave cover.

Based at our Arndell Park office, the Customer service/Administrator Officer will be responsible for the following:

  • Completion of phone calls to customers to book in site appointments for disconnections and reconnections of gas services

  • Completion of work orders in the Client database

  • Completion of task allocation to field staff and liaising with field based resources

  • Responding to incoming phone calls and emails

  • Dealing with customers and customer complaints

  • Liaising with field based and office based employees to confirm / assist in the completion of tasks

  • Ensuring accurate data entry

  • General office duties and administrative tasks

 

To be successful in this role you will be expected to possess:

  • Well-developed verbal and written communications skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise work and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional organisational and administration skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive, professional approach with a can do attitude

  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your work
