About the business and the role

We are a rapidly growing, industry leader in the phone/tablet market. We are predominantly an online business, with a strong focus on our I.T systems and business procedures. Due to both internal and external growth this is a newly created role and thus we are seeking an energetic and flexible individual to help us manage day-to-day operations; perform quality control tests and reply to customer enquiries offering post-sales support.


The ideal candidate would have an interest in technology/phones, have a strong eye for detail and be looking for full-time hours.



Job tasks and responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers who have enquiries or issues with mobile devices purchased through us. This will be through both email and our LiveChat software.
  • Process, test and manage mobile devices that are returned to us under warranty.
  • Input and manage data for customer returns using our specialised computer system
  • Processing inventory as required
  • Customer service: Respond to online requests from customers and make enquiry phone calls



Skills and experience

Candidates must be comfortable with data entry and have an eye for detail.

Our ideal candidate should be:

  • Energetic & Enthusiastic.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solid work ethic.
  • Ability to work well within a team to reach common goals but are also able to work autonomously.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Have previous customer service experience.

Ideal but not essential

  • Experience working with mobile devices or similar electronics
  • An understanding of different iOS and Android systems
