Our client is Australia's leading product content management business based in Balgowlah, owning almost 80% of the market. They provide a comprehensive suite of solutions to help retailers and their suppliers give consumers the information they need to make an informed purchase choice.  If you shop online, there is a very good chance that the pictures and product descriptions you have seen, were created by this business.  They are looking for someone to join them to make sure the product descriptions are perfectly written, descriptive and relevant.

About The Opportunity

They are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join their company in Balgowlah, NSW, with the potential to earn up to $55,000 per annum | Negotiable Salary $45,000 - $55,000 per annum + Superannuation, Based on Experience.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Delivery Manager and team in proofreading and checking accuracy of product content. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the team to ensure that client jobs are executed on time and to a high quality
  • Assist the data entry teams to efficiently capture product content
  • Proofread and check the accuracy of product content
  • Cross-checking images and ensuring the accuracy of their description 
About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Proofreading experience (desirable) 
  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel 
  • Experience working with Google Apps 
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic, fun team
