Hanson is seeking to hire enthusiastic, professional and experienced customer service experts to join us as a Customer Service Agent, and contribute to our business. You will be based at our Brisbane Head office at Skygate.

Reporting to an Agent Team Coordinator, the primary purpose of the Customer Service Agent's role is to provide a quality and professional level of service to our customers. This is achieved through being responsive to Hanson's customers' needs as well as accurately and effectively managing their concrete and aggregates orders.

Annual Salary $50,686.85 moving to $51,954.04 once probationary period is complete.

All successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening. Random drug and alcohol tests are conducted on all Hanson premises.
