Administration Officer

(6 month Maternity Leave Position
– Crampton Consulting Group)

About the Role

If you have a strong administration background with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word skills and love helping people, this is the job for you.  We are looking a person to join our friendly team as Administration Officer on a 6-month fixed term basis covering a period of parental leave, based in Northgate, Brisbane.

 

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Administrative support to our consulting team including:
    • Document formatting
    • Training materials preparation
    • Client communication
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Coordination of our mystery shopping, and online staff/client surveys programs
  • Delivering a high level of customer service to our clients
  • Enquiry and sales management, including producing proposals
  • Growing and maintaining strong industry relationships through excellent customer service

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and expertise:

  • A minimum of two years’ previous experience in an administration and customer service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Word, and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level and PowerPoint at a basic to intermediate level.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
