THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Customer Relationship Coordinator in our Baulkham Hills operations team, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through the process of building their dream home. This involves tasks such as:

  • Communicate with all clients on a weekly basis to provide regular updates
  • Manage pre-contract administration per client
  • Coordinate and book meetings with clients
  • Ensure that all client files are updated with appropriate notes/information
  • Liaise with banks/mortgage lenders re client finance approvals
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of Simonds product and relevant promotions
  • Communicate and liaise with other departments around file progress as required

WHO YOU ARE

Ideally, you have proven administration experience, preferably in the residential building industry. In addition, experience in delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse range of both internal and external customers will set you in good stead for this role.

You can work within and can contribute to a successful team, and are able to use your experience to achieve both individual and team targets and KPI's. You have an adaptable communication style which enables you to build rapport quickly and easily; and enjoy a thriving, fast paced environment.

You have the capacity to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach to your work. Having high attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning/organisational and time management skills are desired.
