A highly regarded player in the property development and construction market is currently seeking an enthusiastic and vibrant person with a positive attitude and a professional and clear telephone manner. You need to be a team player with good attention to detail. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who is committed to a long term role in a front of house position, working for an innovative organisation.

Duties include: 

• Answering incoming calls and being the face of the company! 
• Meet and greet clients 
• Set up meeting rooms, arranging tea and coffee
• Maintaining induction register
• Stationary control including toners, paper, staff amenities etc  
• Mail and fax distribution   
• Diary Management 
• Adhoc administration duties 
• Arrange Couriers  

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills and be immaculately presented. You will be enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and have worked in a corporate office environment, preferably within the property sector previously.
