Our client are specialists within the building sector, taking on a diverse range of projects including interior fitout, construction, refurbishment etc. They have extensive experience working in live and occupied settings and always focus on adding value by incorporating sustainable yet affordable solutions. 

Reporting to the Director, this 1 - 2 week contract role will focus on assisting with the current tender submissions. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Coordination & production on business development collateral 
  • Creating and writing submissions
  • Collating required documentation and certification for submissions, ensuring stakeholder input is concise and meets the clients’ requirements
  • Proofing all documentation prior to submission
  • Reviewing and ensuring consistency of documentation and material that promote branding in the marketplace
  • Lead continuous improvement of submissions templates, collateral and marketing materials

Key Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role essential
  • Highly developed bid writing and coordination skills, ensuring submissions conform to client requirements; combined with a proven track record in the delivery of winning tender submissions
  • Strong experience in development and implementation of bid teams, submissions and coordination of proposal support staff at the national, state and local level
  • Experience in layout design (InDesign and Photoshop) is preferable
