About the role:

Maggie Beer Products is seeking a friendly, motivated person with sound administration and customer service experience.

Being the first point of contact at our busy head office, it is essential the applicant has a positive attitude, excellent organisational and multitasking skills and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Providing office and administrative support to the business you will also be liaising with our local South Australian customers to support the weekly sales and distribution network into our customers.

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager this role is a full time position located in Tanunda, SA and is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration duties

  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • General office coordination duties including meeting rooms, mail, stationary
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Writing and issuing emails to personnel on behalf of management
  • Coordinating multiple customer feedback email accounts within the business
  • Maintain contact lists

SA Customer Service

  • Processing telephone and email orders from our SA Direct customers
  • Liaise with our 3PL hub regarding customer queries and orders
  • Processing orders and invoices in a timely manner
  • Assist in weekly desktop stocktakes and replenishment ordering for our 3PL hub
  • Ensure all pick and pack conducted from our 3PL hub matches our customer orders and invoices and follow up any discrepancies efficiently
  • Review any breakages, missed deliveries, short dated stock issues and report accordingly
  • Coordinating company donations
  • Communicate product or service feedback though effective fact finding and interpretation skills
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Provide administration support to the SA sale representatives
