The Role
The roles are always changing, your success will be dependent on proven experience in administration in combination with your adaptability.
Key responsibilities and duties include;
- Liaise with key internal and external key stakeholders
- Speaking with clients daily
- Collating and distributing reports
- Data Entry
- Managing office supplies and meeting rooms
- Ensuring kitchen is fully stocked and kept clean
- General administration support for Senior Management Team
- Organising social calendar for the office
- Facilities Management
- General Administration
You will be proficient within Microsoft Suite and have at least 2 years support experience. You will have a can do attitude and a proactive working attitude.
