ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Located in Glen Iris, Sagecon design, contract out for installation of the product, and project manage the entire process to result in a high quality, margin leading installation of Air conditioning systems for $1m+ apartments.

Our purpose is to be the preferred HVAC services contractor in Melbourne and our niche is providing proactive, fuss-free HVAC installations that are reliable and exceed end user expectations.

We have a team of 17 full time staff in addition to site staff and contractors with a plans for much more rapid growth and expansion.

As a Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Understand our project contracts in full with no misunderstanding or doubt.

  • Ensuring our project management team know and follow contractual requirements and guidelines.

  • Keeping schedule of all project scope timelines and expectations.

  • Seeking instructions from the client in relation to the contract:

  • Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met
  • Manage paperwork associated with contracts

  • Issuing notices to the builder when we cannot meet contractual requirements.

  • Progress claims/invoicing management and support

  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules

  • Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts

  • Assisting in overseeing and managing commercial aspects of contracts

  • Review, improve and implement procedures for contract management

  • Provide accurate and timely reports

  • Communicating with clients on project milestones and sign offs.

You will need to have an eye for detail, a natural talent for spotting potential issues before they arise and love routine.
