Link Fund Solutions is a specialist provider of outsourced middle and back office administration, fund accounting services and custodial services to a range of fund managers, as well as providing quality outsourced accounting services to a range of clients in the financial services sector.

 

About the role

 

We are seeking a proactive and driven Executive Assistant to join our Link Fund Solutions business based in our CBD Office. In this permanent role you will provide high quality executive support and administrative assistance to the CEO.

  

Key Accountabilities

  • Proactive diary management for the CEO
  • Effectively prioritise and organise emails
  • Preparation of documents folder for the CEO
  • Effective liaison with EA’s of the Link Executive team, Clients, team administrators and Senior Leaders
  • Preparation of corporate presentations with great attention to detail
  • Coordination of CEO Monthly staff briefings and board packs/ papers
  • Travel arrangements for the CEO and other senior executives when required
  • Provide any other administrative duties required such as completing cheque requisitions, expense claims, corporate credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain filing systems and contacts database
  • Other duties as required from time to time including some personal errands as required

About you

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, email systems and databases
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality of information
  • Previous experience in supporting a senior executive
  • Understanding of the business/ industry or the ability to develop an understanding
  • Flexible approach
  • Financial Services industry experience desired
  • Advanced organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • High level interpersonal and service orientation
  • Demonstrates initiative and is proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure
