Challenger Security are currently searching for a new Workforce Planner / Rostering Co-ordinator. 

We are looking for someone who will compliment the growth of the company through adaptability and ingenuity. For this role we encourage and want your knowledge and prior experience to maximise the effectiveness of our systems as well as workforce productivity.

About the role: 

  • Work autonomously, and as part of a team to manage our rostering solutions.
  • Ability to communicate to employees and stakeholders across the business.
  • You will be solely responsible for roster and workforce inplementation across 80+ sites and in excess of 150+ employees.

What a successful applicant looks like:

  • Proven experience in rostering / workforce planning, across a 24/7 operation.
  • Exceptional complex problem solving skills and ability to adapt to last minute changes appropriately.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Well-spoken and exceptional communication skills are essential with a friendly demeanour to match.
  • The ability to self-manage and take a task from start to completion.
  • Being highly organised is an absolute must!

Applicants who have come from a similar role within the security industry will be highly regarded. (Prior security experience is desirable but not essential)
