Your new company
This company is a well-established organisation based in Chatswood close to public transport, they are known for their beautiful offices, great team culture and social able work environment. Due their current Receptionist going on maternity leave they are looking for an exceptionally presented Receptionist with enthusiasm and a friendly manner to be the face of their organisation.
Your new role
- Answering and redirecting all incoming calls and responding to emails
- Managing and booking meeting rooms
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the organisation
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks including filing, faxing and process expenses.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Receptionist/Customer Service or Administration role
- Immediately Available to start ASAP and commit to a 6 month contract!
- Professional, friendly and excellent telephone manner with a focus on excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word and Excel
- Trustworthy and well presented
