6 week assignment for a Legal Administrator in the CBD - immediate start! Good rate of pay.
Your new company
Working across multiple areas of law including work injury, personal injury, wills & estate, family, commercial and criminal law. this firm is located in the heart of the CBD, the Practice has a beautiful modern office and close knit team.
Your new role
Supporting the Practice Manager. You will be responsible for:
- providing administrative support to the practice manager
- supporting the current secretaries with any tasks
- email management
- typing documentation/correspondence as requested
- some light financial data entry/processing
- photocopying and filing
- reception relief
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will preferably coming from a legal background. You will possess excellent people skills and time management. You will demonstrate strong technical skills such as Word, Excel and Typing. You must be flexible and happy to assist in any areas of the office with additional ad-hoc admin duties.
