About the business and the role

Essential Recruitment & Consult is currently seeking a Blue Collar recruiter to join our Parramatta team. 

Preferably you will have minimum 1 year experience in Industrial recruitment either as a Consultant or Resourcer, be proactive with excellent time management skills. Whilst this experience is preferred it is not essential. 

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can think on their feet and has the drive to go above and beyond to get the job done. 

We pride ourselves on our relationships with our clients and casuals and require a like minded Consultant who is going to demonstrate the same passion and enthusiasm as the rest of the team. 

Competitive salary on offer dependant on experience. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your Duties will Include:

• Working in an office and onsite - there are busy times of the year where you will be based full time on site at Yennora
• Rostering of casuals
• Placing adverts, screening and interviewing
• Conducting onsite inductions 
• Attending toolbox talks
• Database management 
• General admin duties

Skills and experience

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Have a strong sense of urgency and excellent time management skills
• Be flexible to assist outside of office hours with on call work from home or onsite (this is also returned with flexibility from our end)
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to prioritise and multi task
• Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team
• Have a current drivers lic with no restrictions
• Be flexible with working hours
