APC Commercial are a leading national manufacturer and supplier of storage equipment. We are looking to employ a dynamic sales focused person to join our NSW (Seven Hills) team in the role of a Junior Internal Sales Coordinator.
The Key Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in answering all incoming phone lines in a professional and friendly manner whilst maintaining a good relationship with regular clients.
- Assisting our sales people to prepare quotations and tenders.
- Be the conduit between sales and design estimating in our WA Head Office.
- Action, reply and appropriately file emails.
- General clerical duties such as mailing, distribution of emails and mail etc.
- Arranging couriers and transport.
- Assisting with data entry, quotes and orders.
- Assisting with stock returns and counts.
- Following up the warehouse for goods required to be delivered.
- Other ad-hoc housekeeping and administration duties as required such as photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving.

- Loyal, trustworthy and a positive demeanour.

- Punctual and extremely reliable.
- A passion to learn and improve.
- Able to work effectively as a team member whilst taking direction.
- Good typing skills with excellent attention to detail. Accuracy is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Microsoft AX Dynamics knowledge would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can efficiently manage a multi-phone line switchboard.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
