About the Role

We are interested in speaking with extremely motivated, results focused individuals who can demonstrate a successful track record in a time critical role and can hit the ground running full of energy and commitment.  This is an ideal role for you to utilize your knowledge and experience gained in the building industry and join a successful team delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely follow up with internal and external parties and clients to progress the contract to site and exceed client expectations
  • Effective resolution of client queries
  • Efficient performance of administration duties including lodgment and receipting building approvals, checking contractual documentation, producing correspondence
  • Building customer loyalty and improving customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 year experience in Residential Building and Construction industry 
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the square
  • Willing to go the extra mile to meet targets
  • Outstanding time management
  • Experience dealing with the public
  • Ability to retain industry knowledge
  • Team player – willing to help others when needed and ability to multi-task
  • Customer appreciation and consistently maintain a high standard of work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and working with a Database
