This is a one of a kind role. Based in Toorak, as the School Receptionist, you will be the all-important first impression for this prestigious school, so your warm, friendly and calm nature will ensure the students, parents and staff are greeted kindly and professionally.
  
This second part of this role will rely on your First Aid experience as you will be required to provide First Aid treatment to students and staff as well as ensuring the smooth running of the Sick Bay including keeping all records up to date as well as maintaining stock levels. This is a vital part of the role, so it’s essential you hold a First Aid Certificate – Level 2.
  
Responsibilities also include:
  

• Answer incoming calls, assist with enquiries
• Ensure office is presentable at all times
• Correspondence with students and their parents’ daily
• Maintain student absentee and late attendance records
• Set up meetings for parents and teachers
• Process administrative forms for students
• Help cover staff when absent
• Other general administrative duties as required

  
Essential requirements:
  

• Hold a current First Aid Certificate – Level 2 minimum
• Current Working with Children Check
