A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist based in the Inner South - very close to the CBD! Our client is seeking someone with a vibrant personality who is looking for step in the door within a professional practice!

Duties:
The successful candidate will be required to be on a busy reception and do adhoc administrative duties for the office. You will be the first point of contact for clients and be on hand to assist the team with any ad hoc administration required.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls from customers/tenants/clients
  • Meeting and greeting all clients
  • Responding to emails
  • Liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants 
  • Strong client/customer focus & ability to build strong relationships

Skills & experience:
  • Must have experience within a public practice accounting firm as a Receptionist
  • Experience using MYOB is highly preferable
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • Passion for professional services
  • Interested in furthering your career
  • Experience within an office environment in an administrative support role.
