Our Client are a worldwide Engineering company with a great reputation for Asset Management within the mining and resources sector. Due to large growth within the Perth office, they are looking for a Mobilisations Coordinator on an on-going basis.
  
About the Role;
Your role will be focused around the mobilisation of a technical workforce to various sites across Australia. You will be responsible for making all travel arrangements, creating and maintaining workforce schedules, ensuring all site based inductions are issued and completed for contractors. You will be the first point of contact with incoming clients regarding allocation of labour. You will also be involved with other general administrative duties related to site mobilisations.
  
About You;

• To be considered for the role you must have;
• Relevant experience working within mobilisations or travel coordination
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Above average skills with MS Word and MS Excel
• Experience with working with multiple project internal and external stakeholders
• ERMS experience an advantage

  
This role is a long term position with the client looking for someone to start immediately. The role is located in Canning Vale and paying a rate of $30.00 per hour + super.
