Your new company
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual with experience in managing a team to join a state government department on a 12 month temporary basis with potential to extend.
Your new role
You will be representing this department as the face and contact point for clients and will ensure the achievement of the department objectives by effective team management. You will be required to manage and develop the scheduling of meeting rooms, develop and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships, lead and support the team, manage the day-to-day operations of the department and assist on the front desk when required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and efficient. You will be highly personable with advanced communication skills. The ideal candidate will have had experience in managing a team and will have the ability to take into account future aims and goals of the team while prioritising their own and others’ work.
