At City Country Foodservice we are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join the family, because to us that is what our customers are.
City Country is family owned business which originated as a local milk delivery vendor 31 years ago, over this time we have built a strong network between customers and suppliers to maintain a consistent yet competitive advantage. This consistent growth and customer loyalty has created demand for a new family member to assist us in providing premium customer service.
The candidate will report to the Office Manager and must be able to work as a part of a small team. The position will be on a Full-Time basis with a 6 month probation.
Working hours will vary week to week, approximately 38+ hours plus a rostered Sunday every 2nd week.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Respond to customer phone calls and e-mails within the call centre, meeting acceptable timeframes and delivering service excellence for each and every customer
- Assist with creditor invoice entries, credits and enquiries.
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a call-centre, retail or sales environment
- Experience navigating and operating multiple systems
- Demonstrate behaviour that's consistent with City Country Foodservice values
