Pacific National Industries is a leading manufacturer and distributor of packaging products through Australia and New Zealand and due to our continued growth requires the services of a mature professional person for this roll.
This is a varied and interesting role in a friendly team orientated environment. Your will have an outgoing personality and a "can do" attitude and use your experience to deliver outstanding customer service outcomes.
Your responsibilities on a day to day include but not limited to:
- All Incoming Calls
- Data Processing of orders
- Excellence in Customer Service
- Liaison with External sales team
- Order confirmations / Back Orders
- Stock communications to customers
- Meet & Greet Visitors
- Administrative Support
To be effective in this role you should have -
- Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional presentation
- A strong work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current drivers licence
The successful application will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service or similar role, with a high customer focus.
This is a full time position and a salary package will be negotiated to attract an outstanding candidate.
