Bannister Downs is a vertically integrated Dairy business that produces milk and creates products for Australian and overseas markets. Bannister Downs is located in Northcliffe, Western Australia approx 350 km south of Perth.
Due to our expanding business we require a Dairy Farm Manager (Dairy Cattle Farmer 121313) to join our team.
The position will require a high level of Dairy Herd Management.
Minimum Requirements are:
Year 12 Western Australian Cert of Education or equivalent.
Relevant Tertiary qualification and /or Minimum 5 years Dairy experience.
AI Technician Certificate with a minimum 2 years experience.
Experience in Dairy Herd Management and Calf Rearing.
A willingness to manage budgeting requirements and Quality Assurance Systems,
Be an effective Team Leader within the organisation.
Operate and manage a workplace safely.
Bannister Downs is an expanding dairy business operating across several farming sites in the south west of Western Australia and include conventional and robotic dairy systems.
The successful applicant will be expected to have a willingness to be involved in all aspects of Dairy farming and Farm management.
