About the role:
We need experienced Dog Groomers for our fun CHADSTONE & PRAHRAN salon. You will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding dog grooming services in store.
- Coordinating the salon and clients in conjunction with the Store Manager.
- Making client bookings.
- Assisting floor staff in providing PAW-some world class customer service.
- Maintaining breed clip and brand/product knowledge.
- Keep an up to date knowledge of available pet care products and services and work with other team members to assist customers with unique pet care enquiries.

Completing memorable sales transactions that are accurate, efficient and always end with farewelling the customer by personally carrying their new pet goodies to their car.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven confidence and the capability to handle a variety of dogs.
- Experience with specific breeds of dogs.
- A positive, can do attitude and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work unsupervised.
- A willingness to learn.
- A passion for pets.
- Must be physically able to work in an environment requiring repeated heavy lifting of stock weighing up to 20kgs.
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, public holidays and university holidays, as required.

We are ideally looking to fill this role on a FULL TIME basis, but may be flexible to consider Part Time or CASUAL employment for the right candidate.
