Help Enterprises is a not-for-profit values-based social enterprise that balances its successful commercial businesses with the delivery of Employment & Training programs. HELP believes employment changes people’s lives by promoting independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.

 

We currently need you, your skills, and your experience in the Employment Services sector, to assist job seekers into employment through our jobactive and DES programs across Brisbane North and Brisbane Outer North area.

 

You will assist participants in obtaining secure sustainable employment and help change the lives of jobseekers. You will enjoy working as part of a high performing team in the delivery of Employment Services and be passionately committed to creating employment and learning opportunities to support individuals’ growth that ensures a positive impact on their lives.

 

Multiple vacancies are available across Brisbane North and Brisbane Outer North for Employment Consultant / Coach positions.

 

As an Employment Consultant you will assist participants in obtaining secure sustainable employment and help change the lives of jobseekers. You will enjoy working as part of a high performing team in the delivery of Employment Services and be passionately committed to creating employment and learning opportunities to support individuals’ growth that ensures a positive impact on their lives.

 

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to meet and manage challenges
  • Confidence to canvas and market Job Seekers
  • Leadership capability
  • Excellent administration and computer skills
  • Demonstrated drive to meet targets.
