We have a position for an experienced Group Manager who will bring with them solid leadership, management and development skills for both their staff and the programs that they work in. The range of services that you will provide, influence our children, youth and families as well as couples and individuals across the region.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and nurture strong internal and external relationships.  This role is a blended strategic and operational role so whilst initially you will be dealing with a lot of the business as usual issues, the longer term will involve adding to the strategic vision of the business.

In this position some of your accountabilities will be;

• Contributing to the Senior Leadership team
• Lead and direct the programs in accordance with the Cluster Operational Plan
• Ensuring Quality Improvement is part of everyday activities and that principles are adhered to
• Staff management and supervision.
• Explore and develop new service opportunities through collaborative partnerships

You will be an open and honest communicator and leader, to give insight and guidance to your team.

You will have relevant experience and qualification in this space and be ready to venture in to hit the ground running.
