Our client is a respected Not for Profit organisation who deliver a range of human services programs throughout Australia. Currently there is an exciting opportunity to head up the organisation's operations in the Katherine region in the Northern Territory. Katherine is a vibrant town situated approximately 300km south of Darwin and hosts some of the most amazing gorges, swimming holes and sights in the Top End.

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's Youth, Aged Care, Community and Disability services in the Katherine region. As an experienced Community Services Professional, you will possess a passion for community development, stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead and mentor an already dedicated team.

Tertiary qualifications in human services such as social work, counselling and/or community development are essential, as is your ability to demonstrate high level management experience within the community service sector in a medium to large organisation. It is also highly desirable you have sound experience in:

• Strategic planning
• Community engagement
• Program management
• People management
• Negotiation and communication
• Risk management
