Your Opportunity

We are seeking a brilliant Regular Giving Acquisition Manager to manage end-to-end campaigns across a number of channels including face-to-face, business-to-business, digital, direct mail, online, telemarketing and lead generation.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Acquisition & Retention, you will also provide significant input into the development of the regular giving acquisition strategy, budget, supporter journey and activity plan to drive incremental revenue growth and contribution margin!

As our go-to person for regular giving, fundraising and supporter acquisition, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of all regular giving acquisition fundraising activities into market, on time and within budget to meet annual financial targets
  • Manage the relevant partnerships with internal teams and external partners to achieve concrete outcomes against agreed KPI’s and project timelines
  • Influence the design and management of Mission Australia’s portfolio of regular giving products so that it profitably meets donor needs and is aligned to our mission and purpose
  • Achieve, manage, track and analyse budgets, and KPI’s as set against the acquisition strategy and vendor agreements. Report any variances and risks
  • Lead the post implementation review of all regular giving acquisition fundraising activity to inform future strategy and tactics
  • Drive a culture of innovation, as evidenced by new ideas and initiatives being tested as part of the regular giving acquisition programs

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven experience in managing and executing regular giving campaigns especially face-to-face fundraising
  • Strong experience in managing and executing telemarketing, direct mail, and digital campaigns particular acquisition campaigns and fundraising
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, targeting, positioning and ask strategies
  • Experience in a charity/NFP environment highly preferred and a track record of creating strong internal and external relationships
  • Proven experience achieving income targets and managing expenses
  • Significant capability in managing supporter communications across all channels
  • Commercial acumen, negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical, forecasting and budgeting skills and a self- learner who taps into broader environment to improve skills and continuously bring innovative solutions to market
  • Bachelor or post graduate qualification in Fundraising, Business, Commerce or Marketing
