Currently we have a great opportunity for an Employer Liaison Consultant.

This will be a full time fixed term position until June 2020.

About the role
As the Employer Liaison Officer you will network and engage with employers to generate and source opportunities for atWork participants, as well as present employers with effective business strategies to support participants.

Key Duties of the role will include:

  • Working closely with businesses as an experienced practitioner within the JobActive employment sector
  • Actively source and generate leads into vacancies for atWork participants
  • Identify and implement strategies to ensure retention outcomes are achieved
  • Develop and implement appropriate strategies to support participants and employers in new employment
  • Review and negotiate opportunities for participants who are under-employed
  • Ensure full compliance within the service agreements

About you
You will possess excellent sales and networking skills, along with a passion for making a difference within your community.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience working within a sales or lead generation role or
  • Experience within a Recruitment or Business development role
  • Experience working in Employment Services highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience working with KPI's and Sales Targets
  • Driven and motivated to ensure outcomes are achieved
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Current and satisfactory Police clearance (within 6 months) and working with children check (or ability to /obtain one)
